Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)

Important Note:

The following products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Welding Tools: All welding equipment and consumables (electrodes, filler materials)
  • Power Tool Accessories: Used cutting blades, drill bits, or abrasives
  • Pneumatics and Compressors: Opened air tool oil or lubricants

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days after approval

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If paid with PayPal, refunds will go to your PayPal account.

Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus any original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error). For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the replacement item you want
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received and approved
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  5. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
